COUNTDOWN!!! 

**Saturday, March 27 is the

annual Ukrops Monument Ave

10K / kids 1 mile fun run!

NBA is encouraging all students to

participate.  We have 8 Faculty Members

particpating.  Please join in!!

Please make sure all students are wearing tennis shoes on their designated PE day.  If the weather permits, we will go outside during PE class.

Also, with the cold weather, students are allowed to have sweatpants and sweatshirts for outside. 

 

This weeks schedule:

7th grade - 11th grade (meets Monday - Friday) :

Monday- we will work on legs exercises & do a light jog outside; Tuesday- we will work on abdominal exercises & learn self-defense with Mrs. Jenkins; Wednesday, we will work on arm exercises & begin Martial Arts; Thursday, we will time on the mile; Friday, Game Day!!       

   
 1st and 2nd grade (meets Tuesday) : Pease remember to have your students wear appropriate uniform for PE.  No skirts please! This week we will begin class with our routine exercises and cardio.  We will then play a fun game called "Bean Bag In & Out". 
 

 

3rd-4th grade (meets Wednesday) :Please remember to have your students wear appropriate uniform for PE.  No skirts, and please wear tennis shoes!  We will begin class with our usual exercises and cardio (outside if weather permits) and then play a fun game called "Marathon Relay".   

 

5th - 6th grade (meets Thursday) : Please remind students to wear appropriate uniform to PE; no skirts and tennis shoes a must! Students will begin class with routine exercises and cardio (we will go outside if weather permits). Then students will participate in a game called "Marathon Race".

 

Kindergarten (meets Friday) Please take some extra time to discuss with your children listening skills.  We are having some difficulty getting through the planned activities for our class.  This week students will enjoy playing a game called "PE Train".  This is a fun game all students will enjoy!
