2009/2010 Scholarships Have Been Awarded

For the 09/10 Academic Year, the Parent Teacher Fellowship of New Bridge Academy has awarded the following Scholarships: 

• Christlikeness/Community Service - $500 awarded to Cameron Link,  for best exhibiting the Christ-like behavior of Leadership through Service and New Bridge Academy’s belief of Excellence in Education while pursuing a personal relationship with Christ.
• Merit - $250 EACH awarded to Donovan Vest & Lainey Sheldon, for best exhibiting New Bridge Academy’s belief of Excellence in Education while pursuing a personal relationship with Christ.
• Essay - $500 awarded to Jonah Dean in Elementary School; $250 awarded to Stephanie Scruggs & Donovan Vest in Middle School; and $500 awarded to Lainey Sheldon in High School for their complete, well thought, original essay based on the given topics demonstrating their personal belief in Excellence in Education and a personal relationship with Christ
• Financial Need - Two $1000 (undisclosed) awards have been issued based upon financial need and New Bridge qualities of Excellence in Education while pursuing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Applicants may apply for more than one type of Scholarship and can even apply for each type.  Guidelines for applicants and recipients are included in the Application Package.
