Tuition and Fee Information

Rates & Fees

Registration Fees:  A non-refundable registration fee of $500 per family is due upon acceptance for admission to New Bridge Academy.  The registration fee of $500 is credited towards the cost of tuition for that family.

Tuition:  Tuition for the school year is $5,000 per student, discounted for multiple student families, as discussed below. Books and learning materials are included in the tuition cost.  Normal "school supplies" are to be supplied by the student.

School Supplies:  School Supply lists will be available for download in mid-August from your student's teacher's web-page(s).  Your family will be supplied with teacher assignments in early August.

Extended Care:  Extended care is available daily, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at $5.00 per hour, per child.  This is available only on regularly scheduled school days.  There will be no care provided on school holidays, or at times when the school is closed due to inclement weather.  Students who overstay the 6PM pick-up time will be assessed a late charge of $15 per every 15 minutes or part thereof, with a $15 minimum.  Parents should call the Academy as soon as they are aware their student will be past the 6:00pm pickup deadline so that the Coordinator can make sure staff is available for the extended time.  Students are required to be signed out by the parent/guardian picking up the student.  Bills will be sent out the Monday following the week of care provided.  Payment is expected by Friday of the same billing week.  Should payment by the due date present a problem, please address that issue with the AfterCare Coordinator.

Transportation:  No Transportation is provided by New Bridge Academy and it is the parents' responsibility to ensure that their child(ren) are timely in arriving and being picked up from school.  School hours are 8:00am - 3:00 pm.  Students are to arrive at school by 7:50am in order to be in class by the 8am start time.  Before school care is provided at no cost and is available beginning at 7am.  Parents may drop off their chidren in the cafeteria if escorting them inside the building or may drop them off in the lobby and the children will be directed to the cafeteria.

Billing of Fees:  Tuition will be billed on July 15th preceding each school year.  Discounts and Payment plans are discussed below.  Please be sure to contact the Academy Administrator, should an issue arise concerning billing, discounts, or payment options.

Discounts

Multiple-Student Family Discount:  In an effort to keep tuition more affordable for families with multiple students in the school, a discount is given for families who have more than one student enrolled.  A discount rate of $500 per family is applied toward tuition for families with 2 or more NBA students.

Annual Payment Discount:  There is a $500 discount for payment of tuition using the annual payment option when payment is received by the Administrator by August 1 preceding the school year.

Tuition Payment Options

Tuition may be paid by choosing any one of the following three options.

1.) Annual Payment Option - a single payment of total tuition for the year is due in the New Bridge Academy office by August 1st.  There is a $500 discount for payment with the annual payment option when payment is received by the Administrator by August 1 preceding the school year. 

2.) Semi-Annual Payment Option - two payments, with the first payment (1/2 of the total yearly tuition) due on August 1st and the second payment due on December 15th.

3.) Monthly Payment Option - ten equal payments (August 1st – May 1st ).
